About Schedula
School timetable software from Israel.
Schedula is school timetable software from Israel, at schedula.school. It builds a school’s whole weekly timetable in Hebrew or English, keeps the school’s rules, puts the students’ day first by default, and shares teacher requests out evenly.

- What it does
- It builds the whole week for every class: who teaches what, when, and in which room. It reads your numbers before it builds and names what cannot work. Teachers send their own hours and requests from a private link. Afterwards you can move any lesson, and the rules are checked again before it lands. On the day itself, it shows which lessons need cover and who is free to take them.
- Who it is for
- Schools that build their own timetable: primary, middle and high schools, from a few classes to sixty. It is in Hebrew and English throughout, right to left included, and it runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install.
- How it decides
- Students come first by default: a teacher’s request is never granted at the cost of a class’s free hour. The order is your school’s to change. Teacher requests are then shared out so that every teacher gets as close as possible to the same share of what they asked for, and you can show each teacher their own figure.
- What it is not
- It is not on the Ministry of Education’s list of approved timetable software. If your school must buy from that list, talk to us before you plan around Schedula. It is also not connected to other products called Schedula: this one is the Israeli timetable software at schedula.school.
- How to reach us
- Write to contact@schedula.school, in Hebrew or English. We reply within one working day.
